The world is full of opportunities. Many of us never recognise these opportunities at the times they present themselves under our noses, then reflect years later: “Why didn’t I take that job?” or “Why didn’t I get into business for myself then when I had the chance?”
The world has changed in every way imaginable over our lifetime, but it’s a fact of life that business opportunities have always been there and always will be. Many people might think that all the great ideas have already been taken and transformed into successful businesses, but the reality is otherwise.
Every day we see new inventions and ideas being taken to market successfully: who would have thought that in 1999, Google would become a global giant? Who would have thought that Facebook would have become a world-wide phenomenon in just a few short years? Get my drift?
